This rich, zero-carb carnivore casserole is packed with ground beef, creamy eggs, and cheese. It’s hearty, satisfying, and perfect for any meal of the day.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
6 whole eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp cream cheese or shredded cheddar
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Optional: extra egg yolk or ghee for added richness
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Brown the ground beef lightly in a skillet.
3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, and cheese.
4. Combine beef and egg mixture in a baking dish.
5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden and set.
6. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Freezes well in individual portions for meal prep.
Best reheated in a skillet with a spoon of tallow or ghee.
