Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

6 whole eggs

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp cream cheese or shredded cheddar

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

Optional: extra egg yolk or ghee for added richness


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Brown the ground beef lightly in a skillet.

3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, and cheese.

4. Combine beef and egg mixture in a baking dish.

5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden and set.

6. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
