Description
These Carnivore Chicken Fries are the perfect zero-carb snack: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with satisfying flavor.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 egg yolks
1 tsp unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp melted beef tallow or ghee (for brushing)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, egg yolks, gelatin, and sea salt.
3. Mix well using hands or spatula until a sticky dough forms.
4. Shape mixture into fry-sized sticks.
5. Place fries on a parchment-lined tray.
6. Brush the tops with melted tallow or ghee.
7. Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake an additional 5–7 minutes.
8. For air fryer, cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
9. Serve hot with yolk dip or enjoy as is.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheat in air fryer or oven for best crisp.
