Ingredients
1 lb lamb fat trimmings or suet
Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut lamb fat into thin strips or small bite-size pieces.
3. Place pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced out.
4. Bake for 20–30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
5. Remove once golden brown and crispy.
6. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.
7. Let cool for maximum crunch.
Notes
