- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or shredded steak
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, 1/2 cup mozzarella, egg, sea salt, and garlic powder (if using).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press the mixture into a round, even crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the crust is set and golden.
- Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cheese and your cooked beef or steak.
- Return to the oven and bake another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

- You can swap ground chicken with ground beef for a different twist.
